摘要
随着教育信息化改革的不断深化,教学模式也逐步创新,人才培养方式需要进行相应的改革,才能满足社会各领域对人才的需求。基于此,面对当前高校实行精准线上教学模式面临的问题,提出了相应对策:高校要创新精准教学理念,优化教学框架设计;完善线上教学平台功能,确保精准教学目标有效实施;基于学生差异化学情表现,提升教学管理的针对性;拓宽师生交流互动的渠道,精准把控学生的课堂反馈。
With the continuous deepening of educational informatization reform,teaching models are gradually innovating,and talent cultivation methods need to undergo corresponding reforms in order to meet the talent needs of various fields in society.Based on this,in the face of the current problems faced by universities in implementing precision online teaching models,corresponding countermeasures are proposed:universities should innovate precision teaching concepts and optimize teaching framework design;Improve the functions of online teaching platforms to ensure the effective implementation of precise teaching objectives;Improving the pertinence of teaching management based on students'differential performance;Expand channels for communication and interaction between teachers and students,and accurately control students'classroom feedback.
