摘要
目的研究操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)应用于皮肤性病住院医师规范化培训中的效果。方法实验组培训期间每3个月采用DOPS考核,完成培训后参加国家执业医师统一考试。对照组采用常规考核,完成培训后进行1次DOPS考核,然后参加执业医师统一考试。结果两组学员在沟通能力、适时需求帮助能力及人文关怀能力三方面得分具有差异,实验组得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组学员的执业医师统一考试成绩也存在差异,实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮肤性病住院医师规范化培训体系中采用DOPS考核可以提升培训学员能力,提高培训学员执业医师统一考试成绩。
Objective To explore the effects of direct observation of procedural skill(DOPS)on dermatology residency standardized training.Methods Trainees in experimental group participated in the DOPS examination every 3 months,and take the National Medical Practitioners Examination after training.Trainees in control group got general summative evaluation mode.The DOPS assessment was conducted after training,and they also take in the national medical practitioner examination.Results The practitioners in the experimental group got significantly higher examination scores than the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the ability of in the ability to seek help,communication and humanistic care(P<0.05).Conclusion DOPS can improve the training effect and the score of clinical licensing examination.
