摘要
当前大学生创新创业能力的培养已经成为高校教育的重点工作。在严峻的就业形势下,对大学生开展创新创业教育,能够有效地鼓励学生进行自主创业、合理就业,增强学生综合素质,激励大学生不断提高自身的竞争意识,也能够激发大学生的创新精神。该文对大学生创新创业能力培养进行分析,总结当前大学生创新创业能力培养的主要问题,并制定科学有效的对策,为大学生创新创业精神的培育提供参考。
At present,the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability has become the focus of college education.Under the severe employment situation,carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students can effectively encourage students to start their own businesses and obtain reasonable employment,enhance their overall quality,encourage college students to continuously improve their sense of competition,and also stimulate college students’innovative spirit.This article analyzes the practice of cultivating college students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability,summarizes the main problems in the current cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability,and formulates scientific and efficient countermeasures to provide an important reference for the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.
