企业参与现代学徒制动力机制探讨——以助产专业为例

Enterprise Participation in Modern Apprenticeship Braking Mechanism——A Case Study of Midwifery

摘要 现代学徒制是促进职业教育高质量发展的重要举措,企业内的学徒培训自然离不开企业深度参与。然而,在我国现代学徒制具体实施过程中,常存在企业参与动力不足的现象。该文从理念、利益、资源和制度四个方面分析动力不足的根源,通过提升社会对现代学徒制的认同度、保障企业和导师的利益、统筹资源、健全法规等措施,激发企业参与现代学徒制的热情。 Modern apprenticeship system is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Apprenticeship training in enterprises is naturally inseparable from the deep participation of enterprises.However,in the specific implementation of China’s modern apprenticeship system,there is often a lack of motivation for enterprises to participate.This paper analyzes the root causes of the lack of motivation from the four aspects of concept,interest,resources and system,and encourages enterprises to participate in the modern apprenticeship by improving the social recognition of the modern apprenticeship,protecting the interests of enterprises and teachers,coordinating resources and perfecting laws and regulations.
