摘要
在经济全球化的趋势下,国家、社会对高职院校学生的创新创业能力越来越重视,不同类型、不同层次的高职院校应结合自身的发展实际以及相应的办学特色,促进学生创新创业能力的提升。学生也应积极提升自身核心就业竞争能力来促进自身在就业市场、创业市场的良好发展。该文结合无锡旅游商贸高等职业技术学校管理特色,基于笔者自身工作实践,对创新促就业工作做了一些探究实践,希望可为相关人员提供借鉴。
Under the trend of economic globalization,the country and society pay more and more attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges of different types and levels should promote the improvement of students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability according to their own development practice and corresponding characteristics of running schools.Students should also actively enhance their core employment competitiveness to promote their good development in the job market and entrepreneurial market.This paper combines the management characteristics of Wuxi Tourism trade Higher Vocational and Technical School,based on the author’s own work practice,to promote the innovation of employment work to do some research practice,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
