摘要
在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,创业群体逐渐年轻化,创业热潮越来越深入到当代大学生中。"双创"政策的支持,为当代大学生创业成功提供了极大可能。但研究表明,目前大学生总体创业率仍不高,且创业成功率相对较低。究其原因,与大学生个人有着直接关系,如创业认知偏差、综合能力素质不足、创业心态不好等。对此,高校应该通过积极搭建各类平台、开展各类创业实践、邀请企业家参与创业指导等多种方式来提升学生个人素质及创业能力,全面提高大学生的创业成功率。
Today,with the increasingly fierce market competition,the entrepreneurship army is becoming younger and younger,and the upsurge of entrepreneurship is getting deeper and deeper into contemporary college students.The support of the policy of"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation"provides great possibilities for the success of contemporary college students’entrepreneurship.However,the research shows that the overall entrepreneurship rate of college students is still not high,and the success rate of entrepreneurship is relatively low.The reasons are directly related to college students’personal factors,such as deviation of entrepreneurial cognition,insufficient comprehensive ability and poor entrepreneurial mentality.In this regard,colleges and universities should actively build various platforms,carry out various entrepreneurship practices,and invite entrepreneurs to participate in entrepreneurship guidance and other ways to enhance students’personal quality and entrepreneurship ability,and comprehensively improve the success rate of college students’entrepreneurship.
