摘要
新生代农民工是中国特色社会主义建设的重要力量,是中国社会向前推进的重要推力,因此,必须加快校企合作,推动新生代农民工的职教培训机制的构建。新生代农民工提高自身职业技能是推进新型城镇化建设的重要保障,是实施"一带一路"倡议的内在要求,是推动我国经济高质量发展的必然要求,是建设中国特色职业教育培训体系的重要内容。目前来看,新生代农民工职业技能的训练与提高已成为刻不容缓的任务,要完成这一任务,需要政府、职业院校、各大企业的鼎力合作。
The new generation of migrant workers is an important force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important thrust for the advancement of Chinese society.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up school enterprise cooperation and promote the construction of vocational education and training mechanism for the new generation of migrant workers.China migrant workers’occupation one belt,one road occupation,is the important guarantee for the development of new urbanization.It is the inherent requirement of implementing the"one belt and one way"initiative,and is the inevitable requirement to promote the development of China’s economy and the important content of building vocational education training system with Chinese characteristics.At present,the training and improvement of the new generation of migrant workers’vocational skills has become an urgent task.To complete this task,we need the full cooperation of the government,vocational colleges and enterprises.
