摘要
世界经济格局变幻莫测,这也使财务管理专业面临新的挑战,尤其是本科教育中的应用型本科教育必须对此做出适当合理的反应。应用型本科院校设立的初衷是为了培养优秀的、综合的应用型人才,然而目前应用型本科院校采用的人才培养模式并不能完全与其培养目标相适应,需要进一步去探索新的应用型本科院校人才培养模式。该文剖析了德国"双元制"模式的优点和特色,通过学习借鉴德国"双元制"教育人才培养模式创建一种适应新经济发展的应用型本科院校财务管理人才培养模式。
The change of world economic structure makes financial management major face new situation and new requirements.Undergraduate education,especially applied undergraduate education,must make appropriate and correct reflection on this.The original intention of application-oriented universities is to cultivate excellent,comprehensive and applied talents.However,the current talent training mode adopted by application-oriented colleges and universities can not completely adapt to its training objectives,so it is necessary to further explore new talent training mode of applied undergraduate colleges.This paper analyzes and explores the characteristics and advantages of German"dual system"mode,and constructs a financial management personnel training mode of Application-oriented Colleges and universities to adapt to the development of new economy by learning from the German"dual system"education talent training mode.
