摘要
目前本科教育的培养目标之一是加强培养创新创业型人才,就是将创新创业系统融入学生人才培养体系,从而实现专业能力和创新素质的有机结合,高等学校创新创业教育改革的目标就是加强人才培养方案和课程体系建设。该文提出基于OBE教育理念构建人才培养方案,使创新素质、创业精神和创新创业能力培养融入人才培养全过程,同时合理设计创新创业课程体系,挖掘和充实各类专业课程的创新创业教育资源,并持续改进教学方法和评价机制。
At present, one of the training objectives of undergraduate education is to strengthen the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, that is, to integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship system into the student talent training system, so as to realize the organic combination of professional ability and innovative quality. The goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities is to strengthen the construction of talent training programs and curriculum system. This paper proposes to build a talent training program based on the OBE education concept, so that the cultivation of innovation quality, entrepreneurship and innovation and entrepreneurship ability can be integrated into the whole process of talent training, At the same time, the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system is designed reasonably, and the innovation and Entrepreneurship Education resources of various professional courses are explored and enriched, and the teaching methods and evaluation mechanism are continuously improved.
