摘要
智能化时代的到来为会计行业带来全新的变革,对会计人员的能力需求也有了新的变化,对会计专业人才的培养提出新的挑战和要求,会计专业教育的改革是必然趋势,而会计专业人才培养与需求调研是会计专业教育改革的基础。该文通过对高职会计专业人才培养与需求的调研分析,针对目前高职会计专业教育中存在的问题,从人才培养目标、实训课程体系构建、创新教育教学方法方面提出措施,为智能化时代背景下高职会计专业人才培养提供参考。
The advent of the era of intelligence for the accounting industry brings new change,new changes in demand for the ability of accounting personnel,to the cultivation of accounting professionals creates new challenges and requirements,the reform of accounting education is the inevitable trend,and the accounting professional personnel training and the demand research is the basis of the accounting professional education reform.Based on the investigation and analysis of vocational accounting personnel training and demand,this paper proposes measures from the aspects of talent training objectives,construction of practical training curriculum system,and innovative education and teaching methods,aiming at the problems existing in the current higher vocational accounting education,so as to provide reference for vocational accounting personnel training under the background of intelligent era.
