摘要
为了解师范类大一新生的学习倦怠和人格特征,采用连榕等编制的大学生学习倦怠量表和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷,对高职和本科两个层次的师范新生进行测量和分析。结果表明:师范新生人格正常、存在中等程度的学习倦怠现象;人格的某些特征对学习倦怠有显著预测作用;高职和本科师范新生在人格某些特征以及学习倦怠上有显著性差异。基于调查结果,该文提出相应建议,以帮助师范新生减少学习倦怠,塑造良好人格特征,提高自身素质。
In order to help normal freshmen to reduce learning burnout and shape good personality traits, this study uses the College Student Learning Burnout Scale compiled by Lian Rong and Cattell Sixteen Personality Factors Questionnaire to measure and analyze the first year students of teacher-making education in a higher vocational college and a undergraduate institution in Yuncheng city. The results showed that: the personality of normal freshmen is normal and there is a moderate degree of learning burnout;certain characteristics of personality have a significant predictive effect on learning burnout;significant differences in personality and learning burnout of analyze normal freshmen between higher vocational colleges and undergraduate institutions. Based on the survey results, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to help normal freshmen reduce learning burnout, shape good personality characteristics and improve their own quality.
