摘要
"就业难"已经成为社会普遍关注的问题,即便在欠发达的少数民族地区依然存在这种现象,该文以南疆社会就业现状为例,从政府、高校、学生自身出发,探讨就业难问题产生的原因,采取有效的措施,解决就业难的问题,缓解就业压力。
"Employment difficulty"has become a common concern of the society,even in the underdeveloped minority areas,this phenomenon still exists.This paper takes the current situation of social employment in southern Xinjiang as an example,starting from the government,colleges and universities,students themselves,to explore the causes of employment difficulties,take effective measures to solve the problem of employment difficulties,and ease the employment pressure.
