摘要
民宿村是当前乡村旅游发展的重要类型,也是浙江推进万村景区化建设的重要抓手。天台山与莫干山是浙江省民宿村发展的重要区域,通过这两个区域民宿发展的基础要素、发展水平、SWOT要素、旅游空间形态的比较,二者发展要素具相似性,民宿村集群基本形成,但发展水平上天台山民宿村发展略落后于莫干山。并得到以下几点启示:民宿村的发展须加强政府引导与管理,重视民宿村区位选址,深度挖掘民宿村文化资源,重视民宿经营文化创造,提升从业者素质,促进农旅深度融合。
Homestay village is an important type of current rural tourism development,and also an important starting point of promoting the construction of ten thousand villages scenic area in Zhejiang Province.Tiantai Mountain and Mogan mountain are important areas for the development of residential villages in Zhejiang Province.Through the comparison of the basic elements,development level,SWOT elements and tourism spatial form of the two areas,the development elements of the two areas are similar.The cluster of residential villages is basically formed,but the development of residential villages in Tiantai Mountain is slightly behind that in Mogan mountain.And get the following enlightenment:the development of the homestay village must strengthen the guidance and management of the government,pay attention to the location of the homestay village,deeply tap the cultural resources of the homestay village,pay attention to the cultural creation of the homestay operation,improve the quality of practitioners,and promote the deep integration of agriculture and tourism.
