摘要
职业教育是国家教育体系中非常重要的部分,是为"中国制造2025"战略任务培养卓越技术技能型人才的重要阵地。做好高职院校学生的职业指导是推进现代职业教育供给侧结构性改革的必然选择,当前高职院校的职业指导课程存在课程不合理、教学内容吸引力不够、教学方式缺乏感染力等问题,需要高职院校提高认识,科学组织教学体系;科学组建教学团队,加强教学方法;发展教学载体,拓展教学渠道等方面提升高职院校职业指导的教学实效。
Vocational education is a very important part of the national education system, and it is an important position to train excellent technical and skilled talents for the strategic task of "made in China 2025". To do a good job in the vocational guidance of higher vocational college students is an inevitable choice to promote the supply-side structural reform of modern vocational education. At present, there are some problems in the vocational guidance curriculum of higher vocational colleges, such as unreasonable curriculum, insufficient attraction of teaching content, lack of appeal of teaching methods, etc., so it is necessary for higher vocational colleges to improve their understanding and organize the teaching system scientifically, to set up teaching teams scientifically and to strengthen teaching methods.Developing Teaching Carrier, expanding Teaching channels and so on to improve Vocational guidance in higher Vocational Colleges Teaching effectiveness.
