摘要
各高职院都在探索"工学结合"的创新模式,仅停留在"实训"阶段,未能与学生自己创业的主动性结合起来。如果能把"工学结合"与"创新创业"的虚实相结合,把校内"虚拟公司"作为实训基地的拓展,辅以IT创业培训,"虚拟公司"逐步引向"孵化基地"或市场创建为实体公司,是一种新的校内实训与学生创业相结合的"工学结合"模式。
All higher vocational colleges are exploring the innovative mode of "combining work with study" and only stay in the stage of "practical training", failing to combine with students’ initiative of starting their own businesses. If we can put the "work-integrated learning" and "creative", combining the actual condition of the campus "virtual company" as the development of practice training bases, supplemented by the IT business training, "virtual company" gradually to "incubator" or market created for entity company, is a kind of new school training combined with students’ entrepreneurship "work-integrated learning" mode.
