摘要
通过整合资源依赖理论、认同理论和知识选择性披露战略等相关研究,构建了一个具有中介的调节效应模型,解释产业链知识共同体对核心企业跨产业知识整合的作用机制。以294份高新技术企业的调查问卷为样本,利用SPSS等软件进行假设检验。研究结果表明:产业链知识共同体的认同与核心企业跨产业知识整合能力之间存在正向关系,其中知识关联在两者间起部分中介作用;知识的选择性披露—问题披露和解决方案披露,分别对产业链知识共同体的认同与知识关联的关系、知识关联与核心企业跨产业知识整合能力的关系具有正向调节作用。最后,提出相应的管理实践建议。
This paper integrates resource dependence theory,identification theory and knowledge selective disclosure strategy and other related researches,constructs an intermediary moderating effect model,and explains the effect mechanism of knowledge community in industrial chain on cross-industry knowledge integration of core enterprise.Taking 294 questionnaires from high-tech enterprises as the samples and using the software such as SPSS,it conducts the hypothesis tests.The research results show as follows:there is a positive relationship between the identity of knowledge community and cross-industry knowledge integration capability of core enterprise,and knowledge association plays a partial mediating role between them;selective disclosure of knowledge,that is,problem disclosure and solution disclosure,respectively,have a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between the identity of knowledge community and knowledge association,and the relationship between knowledge association and core enterprise’s cross-industry knowledge integration capability.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding management practice recommendations.
