摘要
随着城市化进程加快,城市土地资源日趋紧张,山地建筑越来越多,岩土工程在山地建筑项目建设中的作用日益突出。但是,目前对山地建筑项目中岩土工程全过程建设周期的关注度略显不足。该文针对这一问题,分别从勘察、设计、施工三个阶段,以典型工程为例,结合数值模拟和建筑信息模型(BIM),分析山地建筑如何在保证安全的前提下,达到合理优化成本的目标,以期为岩土工程相关人员提供参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization,urban land resources are becoming increasingly tense,and there are more and more mountain buildings.The role of geotechnical engineering in the construction of mountainous building projects has become increasingly prominent.However,at present,concern on the whole construction cycle of geotechnical engineering in mountainous construction projects is slightly insufficient.For this problem,this paper,from the three stages of survey,design and construction,analyzed how mountain buildings can achieve reasonable cost optimization under the premise of ensuring safety based on typical projects and combined with numerical simulation and building information modeling(BIM).This paper provides reference for the relevant personnel of geotechnical engineering.
