Construction path of a full cycle digital twin platform for municipal pipelines in a smart new city

摘要 针对上海市5个新城目前市政管线的建设现状和主要问题,基于数字孪生技术,本文提出并构建了面向智慧新城的市政管线全周期数字孪生平台,论述了平台建设的实施路径。在明晰地下管线规划管理机制的前提下,以建立数据标准体系和安全管控方案为基础,基于建筑信息模型、物联感知、人工智能等技术,推动市政管线在规划、建设、运行、维护等全生命周期各环节与数字孪生技术的深度融合,对于新城市政管线集约高效建设和安全运行具有重要的推动作用。本文初步探讨了数字孪生技术在新城市政管线平台场景中的应用,能够为管线三维审批、应急保障、城市体检评估提供参考。 Based on the current status and main problems of municipal pipeline construction in five new cities in Shanghai,this article proposes and constructs a full cycle digital twin platform for municipal pipelines for smart new cities based on digital twin technology,and discusses the implementation path of platform construction.On the premise of clarifying the planning and management mechanism of underground pipelines,based on the establishment of a data standard system and security control scheme,using technologies such as building information modeling,IoT perception,and artificial intelligence to promote the deep integration of municipal pipelines with digital twin technology in various stages of the entire life cycle of planning,construction,operation,and maintenance,it plays an important role in promoting the intensive and efficient construction and safe operation of municipal pipelines in new cities.This article preliminarily explores the application of digital twin technology in the scenario of new city municipal pipeline platform,which can provide reference for three-dimensional pipeline approval,emergency support,and urban medical examination evaluation.
