摘要
针对美国ICESat-2卫星532nm单光子激光雷达具备的浅海水深探测能力,分析了其浅海水下光子数据特点和浅海水深探测精度评估需求,梳理了ICESat-2单光子数据处理流程,并利用实测机载测深数据对星载单光子测深精度进行了验证。通过水面位置识别分离出水下光子点;利用自动/半自动方法筛选水底信号;基于光线几何结构开展折射改正获得水深;最后同机载验证数据对比分析,评估星载激光雷达测深精度。利用NOAA提供的多个区域实测数据试验表明:ICESat-2单光子测深精度中误差介于0.25~1.16m,能为远海岛礁测绘提供可靠水深控制点。
In response to the shallow water depth detection capability of the 532 nm single-photon LiDAR on the ICESat-2 satellite in the United States,this paper analyzes the characteristics of its shallow water depth photon data and the evaluation requirements for shallow water depth detection accuracy.The processing flow of ICESat-2 single photon data is summarized,and the accuracy of onboard single photon depth measurement is verified using measured airborne depth measurement data.Firstly,the underwater photon points are separated by identifying the water surface position.Then,automatic/semi-automatic methods are used to screen underwater signals.Based on the geometric structure of the light rays,refraction correction is carried out to obtain water depth.Finally,the accuracy of spaceborne LiDAR depth measurement is evaluated by comparing and analyzing it with airborne validation data.The experiment using multiple regional measured data provided by NOAA shows that the mean square error of ICESat-2 single photon depth measurement is between 0.25 and 1.16 meters,which can provide reliable depth control points for offshore island and reef mapping.
