摘要
提升护理硕士专业学位研究生培养质量是各护理高等教育院校的共同愿景。本文介绍了我院基于ISO9000的标准,从顶层设计、资源管理、培养实现以及质量持续改进4个环节出发,初步构建护理专业学位硕士研究生培养质量管理体系的探索实践,以期为其他院校提供借鉴和参考。
It is the common vision of nursing colleges to improve the quality of graduate students for master of nursing specialists.This paper introduces the exploration and practice of building a quality management system for nursing master degree students based on ISO9000 standards,starting from the four links of top-level design,resource management,training realization and continuous quality improvement.
