摘要
介绍大型工程船舶新增高压岸电系统的设计方案,针对工程船舶的工况特点,设计的岸电系统采用高压6.6 kV接入,通过左右舷布置的电缆卷筒及电缆管理系统进入船舶岸电高压柜,将电源变压至船舶实际使用电压等级,岸电接入屏实现在线自动并车;引入PMS电站功率管理系统,实现船舶用电负荷船侧、岸基电源自动转移。该系统满足船舶在港期间高效、安全、便捷的高压岸电使用技术要求,可有效减少船舶碳排放和空气污染,节省运行费用,取得良好的社会和经济效益。
The design scheme of the new high-voltage shore power system for large engineering ships is introduced.According to the working conditions of the engineering ship,the designed shore power system adopts high-voltage 6.6 k V access,and enters the ship’s shore through the cable reels and cable management systems arranged on the port and port sides.The electric high-voltage cabinet transforms the power supply to the actual voltage level of the ship,and the shore power access panel realizes online automatic merging;the introduction of the PMS power station power management system realizes the automatic transfer of the ship’s power load on the ship side and the shore-based power supply.The system meets the technical requirements for efficient,safe and convenient use of high-voltage shore power during the ship’s stay in port,which can effectively reduce the ship’s carbon emissions and air pollution,save operating costs,and achieve good social and economic benefits.
