摘要
教育公平是教育现代化的基本目标和基本政策。随着新时代国内外形势变化,教育公平的实现具有更大的复杂性和艰巨性,发挥教育公平对社会公平的基础性作用,已成为新时代教育公平的新课题。文中提出了新时代教育质量公平和终身学习的总体目标,并从宏观、中观和微观三个层面进行了具体分析,论述了制度建设、政策调节和技术创新等教育公平的实现路径。
Educational equity is the basic goal and basic policy of educational modernization.Changes in domestic and international situations in the new era have made the realization of educational equity more complex and arduous.Playing the fundamental role of educational equity in social equity has become a new topic of educational equity in the new era.This paper puts forward the overall goals of education quality equity and lifelong learning in the new era,and makes a specific analysis from micro,medium and macro levels,and discusses the realization paths of educational equity such as system construction,policy adjustment and technological innovation.
