摘要
从60年代初期发展起来的激光技术,已广泛应用于医学各个领域。应用氩激光治疗鲜红斑痣等皮肤血管病变,已被公认是一种比较理想的方法。本实验应用氩激光和近年来发展起来的染料激光,照射鸡冠和肉垂,在光镜及电镜下比较观察两种激光照射后的形态结构变化特点,并对其作用机理进行探讨.
The Leghorn chicken comb was used as an experimental model for the therapy of port-wine stains with the argon laser and the dye laser.The experimental animals were divided into two groups;one was radiated by the argon laser with the wavelength of 488 to 514 nm,the output power of 1.9 watts and the spot size of 0.7 cm in diameter and the other group was radiated by the dye laser(rhodamine 6G)with the wavelength of 577 nm,the output power of 190 mw and the spot size of 0.5 cm in diameter.The effects of the same and different dosages were compared between the two groups.Biopsies were taken at diffrent times after laser impact for light microscopy and electron microscopy.The change in the blood vessels of the comb was found to be closely related to the power and dosage.Evident response occurred at the dosage of 20 to 40 joules/cm2 with the compression of the blood vessels in the upper dermis(1-1.5 mm),and excessive dossage resulted in scarring whereas no effect was achieved with dosage too small.Fur-th ermore,damage to the skin with the dye laser was proved to be smaller than that with the argon laser.Thus,it is postulated that this new mode of treatment by the argon laser or the dye laser may be very promising for port-wine stains but the dosage for clinical use should be larger than that used in animal experiments and clinical trials are necessary to determine the output power,the duration of irradiation and the diameter of spot size.
