摘要
为优化堰闸站闸门调度,实现河湖流量的精确监测及水文水资源的精细化管理,对北京市6个河湖堰闸站闸门水位开度流量曲线进行率定,绘制自由出流e/H-μ及淹没出流e/ΔZ-μ关系曲线,给出率定流量误差统计表。结果显示,闸门相对开度流量曲线满足精度和质量控制要求,率定后流量精度相对查线流量均有不同程度的提高。研究结论可为调度人员根据上下游水位及闸门开度确定过闸流量提供决策依据,为河湖堰闸站闸门水位开度流量曲线率定工作提供技术借鉴。
In order to optimize the sluice gate dispatching for weir and sluice stations,to achieve precise monitoring of river and lake flow,and to refine the management of hydrology and water resources,the calibration of the Water level-Opening-Flow curve for six gates of weir and sluice stations were conducted in Beijing's rivers and lakes.The curves of free outflow e/H-μ and submerge outflow e/ΔZ-μ were drawn,and statistics data of calibrated flow error was collected.These findings revealed that the Water level-Opening-Flow relationship curve of the gate met the accuracy and quality control.Furthermore,the accuracy of the calibrated flow was improved compared with the inquired flow.These results can be served as a decision-making basis for the daily dispatch personnel to determine the gate flow based on the upstream and downstream water levels and opening degrees,and to provide technical reference for the calibration of the Water level-Opening-Flow relationship curve at weir and sluice stations of the rivers and lakes.This study holds strong practical application and promotion value.
