摘要
国家标准GB 20400-2006是皮革、毛皮行业唯一的强制性标准,实施以来,对皮革和毛皮产品的销售、产品出口都有较大影响,且被多项国家标准和行业标准所引用。但GB 20400-2006中仅限制了禁用偶氮染料、游离甲醛两项指标,随着国际社会对皮革、毛皮及其制品中有害物质的限制要求不断增加,已经不能完全满足目前行业发展的需要。建议适时对GB 20400进行修订,将更多相关化学有害物质列入限制清单。
Country compulsive standard GB 20400-2006 is the only compulsive standard for leather and fur industry.Since implementation,it has a great impact on the sale of leather and fur products and the export of products,and it is cited by a number of national standards and industry standards.Due to only two chemical indexes of forbidden azo dyes and free formaldehyde are restricted in GB 20400,it has been unable to meet the needs of the current industry as the international community has increased restrictions on leather and fur and its products.Suggestions on the revision of GB 20400 are put forward,in which more related chemical harmful matter will be listed on the limit list.
