摘要
甘南藏族自治州为全国十大藏族自治州之一,域内赋存着丰富的自然和人文旅游资源,旅游业发展条件得天独厚,并逐渐发展成为甘南藏族自治州的支柱产业,酒店业作为其三驾马车之一也得到了快速发展,对保障甘南藏族自治州旅游业高质量发展起到了重要作用。以甘南藏族自治州酒店业为研究对象,通过定性与定量分析方法,探讨了酒店业发展的现状及存在的突出问题,并在此基础上从酒店人力资源战略、市场营销策略、多元化发展战略、培育现代经营管理理念等角度提出对策,以期推动甘南藏族自治州酒店业持续健康发展。
Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is one of the top ten Tibetan autonomous prefectures in China.With abundant natural and cultural tourism resources,the tourism industry is endowed with unique development conditions and has gradually developed into a pillar industry of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.As one of the three drivers of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,the hotel industry has also been developing rapidly,playing an important role in ensuring the high-quality development of tourism in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.Taking the hotel industry of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,through qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the present situation and outstanding problems of the development of the hotel industry are discussed.On this basis,countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of hotel human resources strategy,marketing strategy,diversified development strategy,cultivating modern management concept and so on,in order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the hotel industry of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
