摘要
目的将基于剧本撰写与翻转课堂相结合的教学模式应用于住院医师规范化培训的产科急救模拟教学中,评价其效果。方法选取上海市某三级妇产专科医院的63名妇产科住院医师为研究对象,采用基于剧本撰写与翻转课堂教学相结合的模式进行模拟急救培训。培训结束后,对住院医师进行满意度评价和培训需求调查分析。结果住院医师对翻转课堂能"以医师为中心"均表示满意,超过90%的住院医师认为翻转教学提升了学习兴趣和沟通协调能力;超过70%的住院医师表示对模拟剧本编写产生兴趣,并认为翻转课堂提升了主动学习的积极性;剧本撰写有助于培养和提升住院医师的疾病认知。结论剧本撰写与翻转课堂结合的急救培训模式适用于高年级住院医师的急救教学,有助于提升住院医师的临床思维和急救能力。
Objective To evaluate the training effect and demand of the flipped classroom teaching mode based scenario writing in obstetrics emergency treatment in residency training.Methods A total of 63 residents of 2-year and 3-year grades who participated in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology in a level-III maternity hospital in Shanghai were selected,and the flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted to conduct obstetrics emergency treatment training.After the training,satisfaction and effect of new teaching mode was evaluated and analyzed.Results All residents were satisfied with the"student-centered"flipped classroom,and more than 90%of them believed that flipped classroom improved their learning interest and the communication and coordination ability.More than 70%of the residents had much interest in scenario writing and believed that flipped classrooms had increased the motivation for active learning.Flipped teaching prompted the in-depth understanding of diseases.Conclusion This study suggests that the flipped classroom teaching with scenario writing is suitable for obstetrics emergency treatment in high grade residency training.
