摘要
环氧树脂是一种通用性强的高分子材料,尤其是在复合材料领域应用广泛,其中也有一些应用中需要对其进行阻燃改性。常用的阻燃处理中,需要添加不同类型的阻燃剂以达到阻燃效果,且有时用量较大,或对材料的各项性能产生一些不利影响。因此,研发阻燃效果更好、添加量更少的阻燃剂是一种有前景的研究方向。对环氧树脂的阻燃改性的研究进展进行综述,尤其是着重分析并对比了DOPO及石墨烯、ZIF-8等其他阻燃协效剂改性的环氧树脂的阻燃指数(FRI)及其与阻燃性能间的关联,以期对研究者有所启发。
Epoxy resin is a kind of polymer material with strong versatility,especially widely used in the field of composite materials.In some applications,it is necessary to modify its flame retardant performance.General fire retardant treatment is to add some different kinds of fire retardant so as to achieve flame retardant effect.Sometimes the amount of flame retardant addition is very large,and it may lead to some adverse effects on the properties of the material.Therefore,the research and development of flame retardants with better flame retardant efficiency and less flame retardant addition is a promising direction for research.This paper reviewed the recent progress on the flame retardant modification of epoxy resin.Especially,it analyzed the correlation between the flame retardant index(FRI)and flame retardant performance of epoxy resin modified by DOPO,graphene,ZIF-8 and other flame retardant additives.The aim is to provide some inspiration for the researchers in this fields.
