摘要
选取某市高校60名学生随机分为对照组与实验A组和实验B组,对照组在较好的生态环境下不进行运动;实验A组在较好的生态环境下进行运动;实验B组在含有高浓度PM2.5颗粒物雾霾环境下进行运动。将功率自行车作为运动项目,通过监测受试者心肺指标,分析雾霾环境下高浓度PM2.5颗粒物对运动人体心肺的影响。实验结果表明,实验A组与实验B组受试者心肺功能有所提升,但实验B组提升幅度明显低于实验A组,说明雾霾环境下高浓度PM2.5颗粒物阻碍受试者通过运动提升心肺功能效果。
60 college students in a city were randomly divided into control group,experimental group A and experimental group B.the control group did not exercise in a better ecological environment;the experimental group a exercised in a better ecological environment;the experimental group B exercised in the haze environment with high concentration of PM2.5 particles.Taking the power bicycle as a sports event,the influence of high concentration PM2.5 particles on the exercise human heart and lung under the haze environment was analyzed by monitoring the cardiopulmonary indexes of the subjects.The results showed that the cardiopulmonary function of the subjects in group A and group B was improved,but the extent of improvement in group B was significantly lower than that in group A,indicating that high concentration of PM2.5 particles in haze environment hindered the subjects from improving cardiopulmonary function through exercise.
