摘要
继电保护技术在配电网中的广泛应用,可显著降低主干线路跳闸率,缩短故障查找时间,有效提升配电网设备精益化运维管理水平。根据芜湖地区配电网保护设备现场实际运行情况,对影响其正确动作的保护本体设备、二次电源和一次设备等问题进行归类分析,据此提出配电网保护设备在入网检测、现场安装、定值整定、运行环境等过程中的防范处理对策,为今后配电网保护设备的规划、建设、运维、检修和管理工作指明方向。
Relay protection is widely used in power distribution network.It can significantly reduce the rate of the trunk line tripping,shorten the time of trouble shooting and effectively improve the lean management level of power grid equipment.In this paper,the factors influencing the correct action of relay protection equipment in power distribution network such as the ontology of protection device,secondary power supply and primary equipment are systematically classified and analyzed,according to the actual field operation.Then,the corresponding countermeasures in the process of the equipment admittance testing,field installation,protection value setting and operation environment are proposed.These analysis and measures can indicate the direction of planning,construction,operation,overhaul and management of the relay protection devices in power distribution network.
