摘要
城市供电服务指挥业务集约一体化,是指挥端深化运营的重要部分。本文从必要性和可性行两个方面介绍了供电服务指挥集约一体化的意义,然后从机构设置、人员设置阐述了一体化方案,从系统建设、业务融合、数据贯通、人才培养、制度修订五个方面说明了供电服务指挥一体化高效发挥作用的制约因素,最后进行了一体化效果分析:指挥一体化有效解决人力资源效益发挥不明显、信息流转速度跟不上等问题,增强统一调配、全面监督、全局掌控的作用,提升了供电服务水平。
Urban electricity supply service command intensive integration is an important part of deepening operation. This paper firstly introduces significance of intensive integration from necessity and feasibility, then expounds the scheme from institutional setup and personnel setup, elaborates the constraints of high efficiency from the aspects of business platform, professional integration, data sharing, personnel training, system revision. Lastly the effectiveness analysis is carried out: integration of command can effectively solute the problems that the efficiency of human resources is not obvious, and the speed of information flow can not keep up, etc,strengthening the role of unified allocation, overall supervision and overall control, promoting the level of power supply service.
