摘要
目的:研究网状黄斑病变(RMD)患者视功能的改变。方法:选取2018年10月到2019年2月在我院就诊经检查患有RMD的患者11例(22只眼),同期纳入健康体检者10例(20只眼)为正常对照组。进行详细眼科检查后采用罗兰电生理仪对研究对象进行mf-ERG检测,用四分法对比RMD组与正常对照组的黄斑中心凹及视网膜的鼻上方、鼻下方、颞上方、颞下方四个象限的P1波的振幅密度及潜伏期。结果:m-ERG中RMD组的黄斑中心凹P1波振幅密度(99.00±35.43 nv/deg2)明显低于对照组(121.42±14.99 nv/deg2),P<0.05;RMD组的黄斑中心凹P1波潜伏期(45.73±3.36ms)与对照组的黄斑中心凹P1波潜伏期(47.10±1.91 ms)无明显差异,P>0.05。m-ERG中RMD组的颞下(26.27±5.53 nv/deg2)、鼻上(25.86±5.08 nv/deg2)的P1波振幅密度较对照组的颞下(30.49±7.47 nv/deg2)、鼻上(29.92±4.97nv/deg2)的P1波振幅密度低,且差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。颞上、鼻下方的P1波振幅密度及四个象限的P1波潜伏期差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:RMD患者的黄斑中心凹、颞下、鼻上方的视功能降低。
Objective:To investigate the change of visual function in patients with reticular macular disease.Methods:Eleven patients(22 eyes)with RMD indentified in our hospital between October 2018 and February2019 were enrolled.A contemporary cohort of 10 healthy subjects(20 eyes)were included as the normal control group.After detailed ophthalmologic examination,multifocal electroretinogram(mf-ERG)was performed for the subjects by using a Roland electrophysiological system.The P1 wave amplitude density and latency at the macular fovea and at four quadrants of the retina(superior-nasal,inferior-nasal,superior-temporal and inferior-temporal)between the RMD group and normal control group were compared.Results:In the m-ERG,the P1 wave amplitude density of macular fovea in the RMD group was 99.00±35.43 nv/deg2,which was significantly lower than 121.42±14.99 nv/deg2 in the control group(P<0.05);the P1 latency of the macular fovea in the RMD group was not significantly different from that in the control group(45.73±3.36 ms vs 47.10±1.91 ms,P>0.05);compared with the normal control group,the P1 wave amplitude densities at the inferior-temporal(26.27±5.53 nv/deg2 vs 30.49±7.47 nv/deg2)and superior-nasal(25.86±5.08 nv/deg2 vs 29.92±4.97 nv/deg2)quadrants in the RMD group were significantly lower(P<0.05),whereas there were no significant differences in the P1 wave amplitude densities at the superior-temporal and inferior-nasal quadrants and P1 latency at all of four quadrants between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:RMD patients have the visual function decvease in subfoveal,inferior-temporal and superior-nasal.
