摘要
车门玻璃导轨是车窗升降系统的重要组成部分,对车窗的平稳升降起到导向和限位的重要作用,玻璃导轨精度直接影响车窗升降的质量。玻璃导轨与车门窗框焊接后,焊接变形难以控制,应用simufact软件对窗框进行焊接变形仿真分析,还原实物变形情况,并在仿真中测试多种定位及焊接方案,得出有效改善玻璃导轨变形的优化方案。
The door glass guide rail is an important part of the window lifting system,which plays an important role in guiding and limiting the smooth lifting of the window.The accuracy of the glass guide rail directly affects the quality of the window lifting.After the glass guide rail is welded to the car door and window frame,the welding deformation is difficult to control.This paper uses simufact software to carry out the simulation analysis of the welding deformation of the window frame,restore the actual deformation,and test a variety of positioning and welding schemes in the simulation to obtain an effective improvement of the glass guide rail.Deformation optimization scheme.
