摘要
目的探讨头皮针联合重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的疗效。方法将60例卒中后认知功能障碍患者按数字表法随机分为3组,各20例。在常规治疗基础上,头皮针组增加头皮针治疗,重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)组增加高频重复经颅磁刺激治疗,联合治疗组采用2种方法联合治疗。采用MMSE、MoCA及巴氏指数评估3组患者在治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后的认知功能及日常生活活动能力。结果治疗后,3组患者认知功能均提高(P<0.05);其中,联合治疗组在治疗8周后,认知功能改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论头皮针联合rTMS能有效改善卒中后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation on cognitive dysfunction after stroke.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment were randomly divided into scalp acupuncture treatment group,rTMS treatment group,scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.On the basis of routine rehabilitation and drug therapy,scalp acupuncture treatment was added to the scalp acupuncture group,and high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(10 Hz)was added to the rTMS group.The three groups were evaluated with the Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)and Barthel scale before,after 4 weeks and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results After treatment,cognitive function was improved in all 3 groups(P<0.05).Among them,the cognitive function improved more significantly in the combined treatment group after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.
