摘要
目的分析研究中药"保宫汤"联合行为干预方法对宫颈HR-HPV感染转归的疗效。方法选取本溪市中医院生殖道健康门诊2020年4月—2020年10月筛查的宫颈HR-HPV感染阳性患者60例。根据患者自愿选择治疗方式分为3组,中药组(20例)予中药"保宫汤"治疗;观察组(20例)予"保宫汤"联合行为干预法治疗;对照组(20例)不给予任何干预措施。3组患者在用药3个月后,第4个月复查宫颈HPV、TCT,观察3组患者HPV转阴率情况。结果3个月后3组患者总有效率比较分别为中药组66.6%、观察组88.2%、对照组30%。组间比较采用重复测量资料的方差分析,中药组与观察组比较P=0.0264>0.05,中药组与对照组比较P=0.001<0.05,观察组与对照组比较P=0.0012<0.05。结论通过中医辨证分型,对症给予"保宫汤"系列方药治疗具有较好的作用效果。同时中药"保宫汤"系列方药联合行为干预法治疗HR-HPV感染,能够有效提高转阴率。此法达到因人因时因病而治宜,帮助提高患者免疫力,从而为实现中医精准治疗做准备,具有突出的研究价值与意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of Baogong decoction combined with behavioral intervention on cervical HR-HPV infection.Methods 60 cases of cervical HR-HPV infection positive patients screened from April 2020 to October 2020 in gynecologyl outpatient of Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the patients’choice of treatment,they were divided into three groups the traditional Chinese medicine group(20 cases)was treated with Baogong decoction,the observation group(20 cases)was treated with Baogong decoction combined with behavioral intervention and the control group(20 cases)was not given any intervention measures.The cervical HPV and TCT were reexamined 3 months after medication and 4 months after treatment.Results After 3 months,the curative effect of the three groups were 66.6%in the traditional Chinese medicine group,88.2%in the observation group and 30%in the control group.The analysis of variance of repeated measurement data was used in the comparison between groups.P=0.026>0.05 in traditional Chinese medicine group and observation group,P=0.001<0.05 in traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,P=0.0012<0.05 in observation group and control group.Conclusion According to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,Baogong decoction has a good effect.At the same time,Baogong decoction series of prescriptions combined with behavioral intervention in the treatment of HR-HPV infection can effectively improve the negative conversion rate.This method can achieve the purpose of precise treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,which has outstanding research value and significance.
