摘要
此文基于临床与实验文献中内关穴对心、三焦、肝、脾、肾、胃、胞宫调治作用的分析,探讨"经穴-脏腑相关"理论。笔者搜集中国知网1984—2020年关于内关穴的临床观察和实验研究的文献,归纳相关脏腑的生理功能,结合具体病症,梳理与内关穴直接相关的心与三焦的途径,以及内关穴与肝、脾、肾、胃、胞宫间接相连的途径,通过刺灸内关穴可调治心、三焦疾患,亦能调节肝、脾、肾、胃、胞宫的脏腑功能,从而起到一穴调多脏的治疗作用。内关穴可对其直接或间接相连的脏腑功能产生治疗作用,体现了经穴效应通过经络的联结形成的多维网状样经穴-脏腑关联系统来协调运行的。通过搜集临床研究和实验研究文献,以腧穴对脏腑的调治功能为支点,探寻印证经穴脏腑相关性,对深入挖掘和阐释经穴脏腑理论的科学内涵有重要意义。
Based on the analysis of the therapeutic effects of Neiguan(PC6)in clinical and experimental literature on the heart,Sanjiao,liver,spleen,kidney,stomach,and uterus,this article discusses the theory of“correlation between channel points and zang-fu organs”.The author collected the literature on the clinical observation and experimental research of Neiguan(PC6)on CNKI from 1984 to 2020.Combining specific symptoms,the author summarized the physiological functions of related viscera and sort out the pathways of the heart and Sanjiao that are directly related to Neiguan(PC6),and the pathways of Neiguan(PC6)that are indirectly connected to the liver,spleen,kidney,stomach,and uterus.Acupuncture and moxibustion at Neiguan(PC6)can regulate heart and Sanjiao diseases,and can also regulate the viscera functions of liver,spleen,kidney,stomach,and uterus,thus playing a therapeutic effect of regulating multiple viscera with one acupoint.Neiguan(PC6)can have a therapeutic effect on the functions of the viscera directly or indirectly connected to it.The acupoint effect is precisely through the multi-dimensional network-like meridian acupoint-viscera related system formed by the connection of the meridians to coordinate its operation.By collecting clinical research and experimental research literature,using the acupoints’regulating function on the viscera as a fulcrum,exploring the correlativity of the meridian acupoints and viscera is of great significance for digging and explaining the scientific connotation of the meridian acupoints and viscera theory.
