摘要
目的探讨四君子汤联合茵陈蒿汤加减联合针刺对慢性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月—2019年4月于北京市白云观中医诊所中医科接受治疗的胰腺炎患者40例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组20例,应用四君子汤联合茵陈蒿汤加减;试验组20例,在对照组的基础上联合脾俞、肾俞、足三里、血海、承泣等穴位针刺治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后症状改善情况及C-反应蛋白情况。结果治疗后,试验组临床有效率85.00%,CRP(11.7±2.8)mg/L;对照组临床有效率65.00%,CRP(14.7±3.2)mg/L,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺炎患者给四君子汤联合茵陈蒿汤加减及针刺治疗,可抑制慢性胰腺炎症进展及缓解患者临床症状,显著提高临床有效率,减轻因胰腺而出现的上腹痛、反酸、嗳气、恶心等不适症状,益气健脾,清利湿热,理气和中,疏肝调脾,平调寒热,消痞散结,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sijunzi decoction combined with Yinchenhao decoction and acupuncture on chronic pancreatitis.Methods Forty patients with pancreatitis who were treated in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of Beijing Baiyunguan Clinic of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.In the control group,20 cases were treated with Sijunzi decoction combined with Yinchenhao decoction.On the basis of the control group,and 20 cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture at Spleen,Kidney,Zusanli,Xuehai and Chengxiu points.The improvement of symptoms and C-reactive protein were observed before and after treatment.Result After clinical treatment,the clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 85.00%,CRP(11.7±2.8)mg/L,and that of the control group was65.00%,CRP(14.7±3.2)mg/L.The experimental group was superior to the control group,and there had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Sijunzi decoction and Yinchenhao decoction with acupuncture can inhibit the progress of chronic pancreatitis and relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,significantly improve the clinical efficiency,relieve the discomfort symptoms such as upper abdominal pain,acid regurgitation,belching and nausea caused by pancreas,and enrich qi and invigorate spleen,clear dampheat,regulate qi and moderate heat,and soothe liver.Regulating spleen,calming cold and heat,eliminating rashes and dispersing knots,has excellent clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
