摘要
目的:观察毫火针点刺疗法+痤疮消融膏外涂对囊肿性痤疮患者的临床效果。方法:68例囊肿性痤疮患者,随机分为两组。观察组34例,采用毫火针点刺疗法+痤疮消融膏外涂;对照组34例,采用痤疮消融膏外涂。观察两组疗效,随访6个月后复发率,比较治疗后症状缓解和血清INF-γ、IL-6水平。结果:观察组、对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.06%、76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组炎性皮损积分、皮肤油脂含量、血清IL-6水平明显降低,血清INF-γ水平明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:毫火针点刺疗法+痤疮消融膏外涂治疗囊肿性痤疮,疗效确切,改善症状,调节炎性因子水平。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with milli fire needle plus acne ablation cream on patients with cystic acne. Methods: 68 patients with cystic acne were randomly divided into two groups. In the observation group, 34 cases were treated with acupuncture plus external application of acne ablation cream. In the control group, 34 cases were treated with external application of acne ablation cream. Observe the curative effect of the two groups, follow-up the recurrence rate after 6 months, compare the symptom relief and serum INF-γ、IL-6 levels after treatment. Results: The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.06% and 76.47% respectively, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the scores of inflammatory skin lesions, the content of skin oil, the level of serum IL-6 and the level of serum INF-γ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The curative effect of acupuncture with milli fire needle plus acne ablation cream on patients with cystic acne is definite,it could improve symptoms and regulate the level of inflammatory factors.
