高速公路建设与耕作层土壤剥离利用组合关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着高速公路建设用地资源需求增大,严重制约我国耕地占补平衡制度施行,全面推进耕作层土壤剥离利用已成为建设高水平、高质量、绿色交通的关键因素。通过绘制双代号网络计划图,系统分析了高速公路建设与耕作层土壤剥离利用组合工程存在的顺序作业关系、平行作业关系、流水作业关系等施工逻辑关系,并在此基础上构建了组合工程施工网络图;同时结合相关案例,阐明高速公路建设与耕作层剥离利用之间具有微观层面上的资源协同利用关系;研究表明,细化分析组合工程之间的工程衔接及资源协同利用关系,可提升整体工程的建设质量与建设效率。 The increasing demand of land for expressway construction has severely restricted the implementation of the system of cultivated land occupation and compensation in China.The comprehensive promotion of soil stripping and utilization in the tillage layer has become a key factor in the construction of high-level,high-quality and green transportation.By drawing a network plan with double codes,in this paper the construction logic relations of the combination project of expressway construction and soil stripping and utilization of tillage layer are systematically analyzed,such as sequence operation relationship,parallel operation relationship and flow-line operation relationship,and the construction network diagram of the combination project is constructed on this basis.At the same time,combining with relevant cases,it expounds that there is a micro-level relationship of resource synergy between the construction of expressway and the stripping and utilization of tillage layer.The research shows that refining the relationship between engineering linkage and resource synergy between the combined projects can improve the construction quality and construction efficiency of the overall project.
