摘要
比较是明鉴的有效路径。本文选取国内外行政管理学科12所顶尖高校,从学科基础设置、培养目标与人才定位、研究方向、师资力量、学位设置、课程体系等方面入手,对比分析国内外行政管理学科建设差异,发现我国行政管理学科建设存在学科定位缺乏全球化视野、课程体系缺乏中国方案的内容、师资力量缺乏国际化、学生公共服务精神培育不足等问题。面对问题,本文提出了未来发展的四大着力点,即确立新时代行政管理学科发展战略定位、构建基于中国方案的行政管理是学科体系、打造世界一流的行政管理学科平台、搭建行政管理学科的大数据治理教研体系。
This paper selects 12 top universities of public administration discipline in China and foreign countries,starting from the basic situation of specialty setting,training objectives and talent positioning,research fields,faculty resource,degree-design,curriculum system and etc,then comparatively analyzes their difference in discipline construction.We find that there are some problems in discipline construction of public administration in China,such as the lack of global perspective in discipline orientation and content of Chinese approach in curriculum system setting;insufficient for foreign faculty and the cultivation of public service motivation for students.Facing the problems,this paper puts forward four key points for future development of public administration in China.
