摘要
目的探讨家庭医生签约服务对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响,为提高社区防治效果提供客观的理论依据。方法选取符合标准的精神分裂症患者128例,分别于签约前及签约3年后应用自制调查问卷、严重精神障碍患者随访记录服务表、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)、家庭负担会谈量表(FIS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)进行调查。结果签约后患者BPRS、FIS及SDSS总分均低于签约前,SF-36量表评分总分签约后高于签约前;严重精神障碍患者随访记录服务表中,危险行为发生率签约后低于签约前,实验室检查率、规律用药率均高于签约前,而关锁率、肇事肇祸率、药物不良反应发生率均低于签约前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生签约服务可缓解精神分裂症患者的病情,改善其生活质量,减轻其家庭经济负担,提高其服药依从性,并降低肇事肇祸率。
Objective To investigate the impact of family doctor contract service on the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia,and to provide objective and theoretical basis for the effect of community prevention and control.Methods A total of 128 patients with schizophrenia who met the criteria were selected and surveyed with questionnaires,such as BPRS,SF-36,FIS,SDSS and other questionnaires before and 3 years after signing the contract.Results The total scores of BPRS,FIS and SDSS before and after signing the contract were lower than before the signing of the contract.The total score of SF-36 was higher than before the signing of the contract.The incidence of dangerous behaviors was lower than before the signing of the contract.The rate of laboratory examination and regular medication was higher than before signing.But the lock-up rate,the accident rate and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were lower than before the signing.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The contract service of family doctors can alleviate the disease condition of patients with schizophrenia,improve the quality of life,reduce the economic burden of the family,improve the compliance of medication and social function defects,and reduce the incidence of accidents.
