摘要
我国检测实验室的发展与变革速度越来越快,随着专业技术的提高,导致了实验室的风险和安全隐患每年都会增加。同时2021年《安全生产法》重新修订后,对安全“双体系”的建立有了明确的要求,为此企业对实验室安全防范机制进行了研究,从实验室风险分级管控、隐患排查和控制等角度,建立了一套行之有效的实验室防范体系,有效地降低了实验室安全风险,减少了安全事故隐患,为企业检测实验室工作正常开展提供了保障,为企业检测实验室安全管理建设提供了理论基础。
Our testing laboratory development and reform speed is faster and faster,the improvement of professional technology,caused the laboratory risk and hidden danger of safety will increase every year.At the same time,after the revision of the Work Safety Law in 2021,there are clear requirements for the establishment of the safety“dual system”.Therefore,the enterprise has studied the laboratory safety prevention mechanism,and established an effective laboratory prevention system from the perspectives of laboratory risk classification control,hidden danger screening and control,which effectively reduces the laboratory safety risks.It reduces the hidden danger of safety accidents,provides a guarantee for the normal development of enterprise testing laboratory,and provides a theoretical basis for the construction of enterprise testing laboratory safety management.
