10 kV Rectangular Pulse Generator With Sub-nanosecond Rise-time Based on Solid Film Switch

摘要 在脉冲率技术和高电压技术领域内,快前沿方波发生器是用于对高压测试探头进行标定的重要仪器。在前期研究的基础上,设计了新型紧凑低电感固体绝缘薄膜开关;根据Blumlein双传输线原理,使用该开关研制了一台高压方波脉冲发生器,经过测试,获得了亚纳秒前沿的高压方波脉冲,方波波形规则稳定,脉冲前沿小于850ps,幅值在0.5~10kV范围内连续可调。为配合方波发生器的实际应用,研制了高阻同轴型电阻分压器和Y型高压电缆转接头,经过与标准衰减器对比测量,高阻值分压器具有与后者相同的性能参数,可实现对0.5~10k V方波脉冲的实时在线监测;设计了自动换膜机构,使用PLC实现了发生器的系统集成,很大程度上提高了方波发生器的仪器化程度,也使得该方波发生器的使用更加简单和方便。 Rectangular pulse generator with fast rise-time is an important instrument for calibrating high-voltage test probe in the pulsed power and high voltage field.Based on previous researches,a new compact film switch with low inductance was designed,which was used to develop a rectangular pulse generator according to the Blumlein double transmission line theory.The experimental results showed that the generator could produce regular and stable rectangular pulse with sub-nanosecond(<850 ps)risetime and amplitude in the range of 0.5~10 kV.A coaxial voltage divider with high impedance and a Y-type tee cable adapter was developed to fulfill on-line measuring of rectangular pulse waves.The divider was proved to have the same characteristics as a standard attenuator.Moreover,an automatic device was designed to change the film and a PLC was used to implement the integration of the rectangular pulse generator,which could facilitate the convenient operation of the generator.
