Rapid Determination of Oxamide by Automatic Kjeldahl Apparatus

摘要 建立了用自动定氮仪快速测定草酰胺含量的方法,研究了样品称样量、硼酸体积、蒸馏时间对分析结果的影响,讨论了该方法的准确性与重复性。实验结果表明,称样量应控制在0.1~0.2 g之间,硼酸体积40 mL,蒸馏时间7 min。该方法相对标准偏差为0.05%,回收率在99.70%~99.90%之间,准确度和精密度较高,并且更加简便、快速。 A method for the rapid determination of oxamide by automatic kjeldahl apparatus was established.The effects of sample weight,volume of boric acid and distillation time on the results were studied,and the accuracy and precision of this method were discussed.The results show that the sample weight should be controlled between 0.1 and 0.2 g,the volume of boric acid is 40 mL,and the distillation time is 7 min.The method has a RSD of 0.05%and the recoveries of 99.70%~99.90%,with high accuracy and precision.Besides,it is simpler and faster.
