摘要
丹参具有活血化瘀功效,是临床常用的一种中药。丹参的活性成分主要为丹参酮类和酚酸类化合物。丹参药理活性广泛,临床主要用于治疗心脑血管疾病。现代药理研究发现丹参还具有保护脏器、抗纤维化、抗菌抗炎、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等作用。本文主要对丹参化学成分及药理作用进行了综述,为今后进一步研究和应用提供参考。
Salvia miltiorrhiza is a kind of Chinese traditional medicines for activating blood and removing stasis.The chemical composition of Salvia miltiorrhiza is mainly tanshinon and phenolic acid.It has a wide range of pharmacological effects and is mainly used for the treatment of various cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular diseases.Modern research also found that Salvia miltiorrhiza has the effects of organs protection,anti-fibrosis,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumo and immunoregulation,etc.In this review,the chemical composition and pharmacological mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza were summarized to provide references for the further development and application of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
