摘要
科教融合是世界一流大学办学理念的核心,是我国高等教育人才培养模式改革的指导思想。目前,我国高等学校教育的核心任务转变为培养和提高大学生创新思维和创新能力,本文阐述了将科研训练融入应用化学本科生实验教学、培养计划和实验设计等方面的举措及成果,与传统的培养模式相比,科研训练融入本科生培养后,学生对于做科研的态度发生了巨大的改观,创新能力也有明显的提高,为我校科研创新能力人才培养模式提供了参考模板。
The science-education integration is the core idea of running a world-class university,and the guiding ideology of the reform of talent training mode in China’s higher education.At present,the core task of higher education in our country has changed to cultivate and improve college students’innovative thinking and innovative ability.This paper expounds the measures and achievements of the science-education integration into the experimental teaching,training plan and experimental design of applied chemistry undergraduates.Compared with the traditional training mode,after the science-education integration into undergraduate training,students’attitude towards scientific research has been greatly improved,and their innovation ability has also been significantly improved.It provides a reference template for the talent training mode of scientific research and innovation ability in our university.
