摘要
设计了一种适用于机动车辆制动液蒸发性能检测用的专用测定仪。测定仪箱体采用内外双层设计,结合了鼓风试验箱和自然对流试验箱的各自优点,除满足国标要求外,还具备升温快、温场均匀性好、测试数据准确可靠等一系列优点。典型的制动液样品验证试验表明,该仪器测试结果稳定可靠,精密度更优于市售同类品牌仪器。
A special tester was designed for detecting the evaporative performance of motor vehicle brake fluid.The tester was designed with internal external double layer and combined the features of blast air oven and natural convection oven.In addition to meeting the requirements of national standards,the tester has series advantages of warming faster,good uniformity of temperature field and accuracy of test data.The verification results of the typical brake fluid sample showed that the tester was stable and reliable,and the precision was better than commercial similar brand testers.
