摘要
工程质量监督作为政府行政主管部门一种宏观的管理方法,对保证建筑工程质量起着至关重要的作用。在日常监督、巡查中,如果监督人员对监督工作重点了解不透、掌握不深,在监督力量有限的情况下,监督措施创新不足,会导致工程质量监督效率低下,不能有效提高建筑工程的质量,发挥不了政府监管职能。从工程质量监督依据、监督程序、参建责任主体各方的质量行为和工程实体质量,通过日常监督、重要分部验收抽查、竣工验收监督、监督措施创新及保修期的质量投诉等方面进行总结和提炼。
As a kind of macroscopic management method of government administrative department,quality supervision plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of construction projects.In the daily supervision and inspection,if the supervision personnel do not understand the focus of the supervision work thoroughly,do not grasp the depth,in the case of limited supervision force,supervision measures innovation is insufficient,will lead to low efficiency of engineering quality supervision,cannot effectively improve the quality of construction projects,cannot play the role of government supervision.This paper summarizes and extracts the basis and procedure of project quality supervision,the quality behavior of the parties responsible for participating in construction and the quality of the project entity,through the daily supervision,the acceptance check of important parts,the supervision of completion acceptance,the innovation of supervision measures and the quality complaints during the warranty period.
