摘要
目的通过对铜陵市鼠形动物病原体感染情况的调查,为本地鼠媒传染病控制提供科学依据.方法2022年1月至12月,在安徽省铜陵市枞阳县、义安区、铜官区和郊区进行鼠类监测和标本采集,利用荧光定量PCR方法对其脾、肝、脾、肺组织中汉坦病毒、大别班达病毒、嗜吞噬细胞无形体和致病性钩端螺旋体等4种病原体进行检测、分析.结果共捕获234只鼠形动物,病原总检出率为4.27%,汉坦病毒和致病性钩端螺旋体检出率均为2.14%;汉坦病毒在黄胸鼠和褐家鼠中检出率为3.77%和1.59%,在不同生境中,重点行业鼠形动物中汉坦病毒检出率为6.67%,农村居民区为2.15%;致病性钩端螺旋体在北社鼠、褐家鼠和黄胸鼠中检出率依次为8.33%、4.76%和0.94%,在不同生境中,农田耕地鼠形动物中致病性钩端螺旋体检出率为6.25%、农村居民区为2.15%.结论铜陵市鼠形动物中存在病原体感染,需加强鼠类防制及鼠媒传染病控制,以降低人群感染风险.
Objective To study the infection of pathogens in rat-like animals in Tongling city,and to provide provide scientific basis for local control of rodent borne infectious diseases.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,rat-like animals were captured in Zongyang County,Yi'an District,Tongguan District and suburban areas,and spleen,liver,spleen and lung tissues were collected.Hantavirus,novel Bunyavirus,Anaplasmosis phagocytophilia and Pathogenic leptospira were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results A total of 234 rat-like animals were captured,the total pathogen detection rate was 4.27%,and the detection rates of Hantavirus and pathogenic leptospira were both 2.14%.The detection rates of hantavirus were 3.77%and 1.59%in R.tanezumi and Rattus norvegicus.In different habitats,the detection rates of Hantavirus were 6.67%in rodents of key industries and 2.15%in rural residential areas.Regarding Pathogenic leptospira,it was detected in Niviventer confucianus,Rattus norvegicus,and R.tanezumi at rates of 8.33%,4.76%,and 0.94%,respectively.In different habitats,the detection rates of Pathogenic leptospirosis were 6.25%in farmland and 2.15%in rural residential areas.Conclusion Pathogen infection exists in rat-like animals in Tongling city.It is necessary to strengthen rodent control and control of rat-borne infectious diseases to reduce the risk of human infection.
