摘要
为应对突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情,我院护理部迅速建立护理管理组织架构并有效运行,完善新型冠状病毒肺炎患者诊治单元的各项准备,有效调配人力资源及全方位培训人员,全面无缝隙落实防控措施,精准科学把控关键点,保证了患者的及时救治并能够遏制病毒的院内传播.本文总结了疫情防控工作中护理管理的实践经验,为今后应对此类突发公共卫生事件提供借鉴.
In order to fight against the sudden outbreak of COVID-19,the nursing department of our hospital quickly established and operated a nursing management organizational structure,prepared various units for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with COVID-19,conducted effective human resource deployment and comprehensive staff training,implement comprehensive and seamless measures,and controled key procedures accurately and scientifically to ensure timely treatment of patients and prevent the spread of the virus in the hospital.This article summarized the practical experience of nursing management in epidemic prevention and control to provides reference for the response to the similar public health emergencies in the future.
